Prior to session, cleanse your face with your chosen cleanser.
Always make sure you do a sensitivity test on your arm before using the mask for the first time.
STEP 1: Make sure your device is fully charged.
It will take 2 to 3 hours for a full charge, then it’s ready for use.
Turn the mask on by holding down the power button (located on the forehead of the mask) until the indication LED remains on.
STEP 2: Select your programme.
Choose your light program by pressing the button again - or create a more customised session with preferred lights aimed at different areas of the face via the LUSTRE® App.
STEP 3: Sit back and enjoy your session.
Using the adjustable strap, secure the mask onto your face. Each session lasts 10 minutes after which the lights turn off automatically.
Always clean your mask after each use with a damp cloth or wipe. Avoid folding your mask and store flat in its box until your next use.
For optimum results, set up a challenge via the app and track your progress.

The LUSTRE® RENEW Pro Facewear is suitable for users with a Skin Type of I–VI on the Fitzpatrick skin type scale. Fitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI can use the device, however we strongly recommend assessing your skin carefully after each session as there is an increased risk of pigmentation on those skin types. Please refer to the following Fitzpatrick scale to determine if your skin type is suitable for safe use of the mask.

The LUSTRE® technology is safe to use for people with ocular photosensitivity, as there is no risk of eye injury or visual discomfort when wearing this light therapy device on the skin. The device should only be switched on AFTER it has been affixed to the treatment area of skin. DO NOT shine the light from the LEDs directly into your eyes or someone else’s eyes. This may cause temporary loss of sight.

The LUSTRE® RENEW Pro Facewear Mask uses different light wavelengths, Blue (440nm), Red (630nm) and Near Infrared (830nm) to provide proven skincare benefits in a safe, gentle and non-invasive session. Blue light is known for its effectiveness in killing acne-causing bacteria under the skin. It triggers a photodynamic response with p.Acnes bacteria, preventing bacteria from reaching the surface of the skin. Red light promotes faster healing, stimulates collagen and elastin production and supports smoother, youthful-looking skin. Near Infrared light is the most deeply absorbed wavelength of all the colours in the spectrum. Near Infrared light used in skin treatment focuses on rejuvenation, promoting the renewal of skin cells.

Great product let down by a poor app
This mask has had instant results on my skin. I've been suffering from a hormonal acne break out (I'm early 40s) and was at my eits end. This has calmed it down, prevented new break outs and my skin is calming right down. The mask itself is great, but it cannot be used without the app. The app is what prevents this product from getting 5 stars because every single time I try to connect it, it takes around three attempts to find the mask. My phone sees the mask on Bluetooth, but it takes the app a while to find it. I got the mask at a great discounted price on sale. If I had paid full price and have met with app I would have been super cross. There is no alternative way to control the mask- it is purely through the app.
